Звукозаписывающая компания Jive Records отнеслась с пониманием к не особо удачному выступлению Бритни на недавнем вручении MTV Awards.
Один из представителей Jive Records в интервью изданию Us Weekly рассказал следующее: "Да, Бритни действительно неудачно начала свое появление в мире музыки. Это было необдуманным шагом – выступить после столь долгого перерыва на мероприятии такого масштаба. Но сейчас у нее много проблем. Хотя мы считаем, что ее новый альбом - это настоящий прорыв. Мы уверены, что несколько хитов из этого альбома обеспечат Бритни возрождение ее популярности и она вновь достигнет больших высот. Не стоит забывать также о том, что Бритни - взрослый человек, которая сама осуществляет свой выбор, и мы действительно уважаем то, что она сейчас делает. Даже если иногда ее действия выглядят шокирующими и не встречают понимания у большинства".
